I am running for Town Council because East Greenwich is making decisions today that will affect taxpayers, families, and the character of our community for decades. From the $150 million school construction project to future development and land use, we need thoughtful leadership and greater transparency.

The $150M school construction project requires rigorous oversight to ensure taxpayers receive the greatest value for their investment. With extensive engineering and program management experience, I know how to manage complex projects, identify risks, and hold people accountable for delivering results. I will bring that experience to the oversight of East Greenwich’s most consequential municipal spending initiative in a generation.

As a member of the East Greenwich Affordable Housing Commission, I have consistently advocated for balancing responsible development with the need to preserve what makes our town special. I believe East Greenwich must oppose efforts that weaken East Greenwich's ability to make decisions about land development so that growth reflects the needs and character of our community .

My family and I have been proud to call East Greenwich home since 2013, following more than two decades of service to our country. We chose East Greenwich because it is the kind of community where people know their neighbors, take pride in their schools, and care deeply about preserving what makes this town special. I want to continue to give back to the community that has become such an important part of our lives.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, I served as a Submarine Officer for more than 21 years at duty stations in seven states, culminating in my service as Deputy Commander of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport. During my Navy career, I earned two master’s degrees in Leadership & Management and Government Policy and taught graduate courses at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. Today, I am a Project Manager for a large defense contractor working to deliver a nine-billion-dollar submarine on time and on budget.

Successful governance depends on proactive leadership, transparency, and a strong commitment to fiscal responsibility. If elected, I will bring the same accountability and results-driven approach that have guided my military and professional career to Town Hall. 

East Greenwich deserves a Town Council that asks hard questions, listens to residents, and puts taxpayers first.
